Job Summary
AIB Solutions Limited is an HSE Licensed Asbestos Removal Company based in Newcastle under Lyme, Staffordshire. Due to continual growth, we are recruiting for a Project Administrator / Coordinator.
This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone who is organised, motivated and eager to develop a career within a professional and area leading company. Previous experience in a project administration or coordination role would be beneficial but is not essential, as the successful applicant's duties, responsibilities and salary will be tailored to their existing knowledge and experience.
Initially, the role will focus on providing administrative support to the operations team.
Typical duties will include:
- Receiving and processing client enquiries.
- Preparing project documentation, including Method Statements (Plans of Work), Hazardous Waste Consignment Notes and other project paperwork.
- Producing basic site sketch plans and diagrams.
- Maintaining accurate project records and company systems.
- Issuing completion documentation to clients in a timely manner.
- Liaising with clients, site teams, analysts and suppliers to ensure information is communicated effectively.
Comprehensive training and ongoing support will be provided, enabling the successful candidate to develop the skills and confidence required to undertake the role effectively. As knowledge and experience increase, the role will progressively develop into supporting the Operations Team with the planning, coordination and successful delivery of asbestos removal projects.
The successful candidate will assist with scheduling projects, coordinating labour, plant and equipment, monitoring project progress and helping to ensure works are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the high standards expected by AIB Solutions Limited. Qualifications
- Proven supervising experience with the ability to lead teams effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong background in requirements gathering and root cause analysis
- Demonstrate expertise in using databases, Microsoft Word & Excel and drawing software packages
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Experience managing projects
- Proficiency in content management systems like SharePoint for documentation purposes.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: £27,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
