Responsibilities
The main responsibilities of the Quality Co-Ordinator: -
1) Liaise and work closely with the Quality / Environmental Manager on all aspects of Quality.
2) Update and review all Quality Procedures, when required to ensure compliance to IATF16949:2015
3) Conduct internal audits as required in line with audit schedule.
4) To ensure all administration databases, customer portals and tracking tools are up to date and correct
5) Develop an understanding of reporting for the business.
6) Complete Customer Questionnaires and report accordingly
7) Report on companywide KPIs and produce weekly and monthly reports for distribution and display
8) Collate and produce monthly reports for the Business Management Review / Board Meetings on all Quality Related Issues
9) Provide holiday cover for the inspection team if and when required (days only)
10) Undertake any appropriate training as may be considered necessary by management.
11) Will be responsible for the safe custody and maintenance of any equipment allocated to them in the course of their duties.
12) He/she will undertake other tasks for which they are considered appropriately capable, as may be directed from time to time.
13) Work within a team, treating colleagues in a manner which promotes and maintains goodwill.
14) Maintain the Health & Safety of self, other workers and visitors by conforming to statutory and general Health & Safety requirements.
15) Ensure whilst carrying out duties all personal protective equipment is worn as required.
16) Contribute to good housekeeping routines, ensuring designated work areas are clean and tidy and kept free from hazards.
17) You will undertake other tasks for which they are considered appropriately capable, as may be directed from time to time.
18) Will be responsible for the safe custody and maintenance of any equipment allocated to them in the course of their duties.
19) To ensure familiarity with all Company Emergency Procedures.
20) Undertake any appropriate training as may be considered necessary by management.

08:30 - 16:30 - 30 mins lunch (unpaid lunch)

Temporary to Permanent Contract

12 month temporary contract to cover for Maternity cover
£26,000 - £28,000
