You'll play a key role in maintaining the highest culinary standards, developing your team, and creating a positive dining experience for our customers.
What you’ll do:

Lead, motivate and develop the kitchen team, creating a positive and high-performing working environment.

Prepare, cook and serve high-quality meals, ensuring excellent presentation and consistency.

Plan and cost menus, manage food budgets, and oversee stock control and ordering.

Ensure the kitchen operates safely and efficiently, maintaining the highest standards of food hygiene, HACCP, COSHH and Health & Safety compliance.

Manage kitchen operations, including staff rotas, equipment, and training, to ensure smooth day-to-day service.

Work closely with the Catering Manager to deliver an exceptional catering service, continuously improve standards, and meet customer expectations.
What you bring:

Previous experience as a Head Chef or in a similar leadership role within a busy catering or hospitality environment.

A recognised professional cookery qualification, such as City & Guilds 706/1 & 706/2 (or equivalent).

A good understanding of food hygiene, health & safety, and COSHH regulations, with relevant certifications desirable.
