We are currently looking for a pro-active, energetic and committed team player in the role of Fitness Coach. You must be pro-active, energetic, with enthusiasm and professionalism to support the team and Duty Manager with the everyday running of the club as a whole. In particular, we are looking for someone with a can do attitude who is willing to work on their own as well as part of the team. You must be able to perform your daily tasks to the highest quality and willing to represent the igym and Pulse Fitness brand standards.
The Fitness Coach will be responsible for the daily operations, promotion and management of the fitness suite, providing the highest standards of customer care and safety at all times, including maintenance, fitness programmes, fitness inductions, member retention and adherence to all relevant legislation. The Fitness Coach will need to be very flexible in their approach to work and be required to undertake any function in the fitness suite, including assisting in the sales process, covering shift rota’s, staff training, fitness class programming, staff meetings, eXerp reports and any other task/duty deemed necessary for the business.
Your purpose during your hours shift work will be to engage with members to ensure the very best fitness experience, this means pro-active, energetic, with enthusiasm and professionalism to support the management & club with the everyday running of the fitness suite. In particular we are looking for someone upholding the highest standards of hygiene, encouraging safe behaviours on the gym floor, and teaching engaging group exercise classes. You must be able to deliver creative, upbeat group exercise classes as well as individual inductions with new members.
24 hours per week but to be flexible to work more.

Job Description
· To be able to deliver engaging group exercise classes, inductions, and fitness programs.
· To be able to service members with their queries on the gym floor & Front of House.
· To support and promote TRAKK to all members.
· Daily cleaning of the gym equipment and the gym floor to a high standard.
· To conduct daily equipment and maintenance checks and to report any problems as and when required to do so.
· To comply with Health and Safety procedures and support the Management Team where needed.
· To support the Front of House team with any sales and retention campaigns.
· To participate in the club’s social media activities.

· To attend all meetings and training as advised
· To present a responsible and professional attitude and image at all times
· To ensure the companies good name and reputation at all times.
Person Specification
- Level 2 Fitness Coach needed.
- First Aid desirable.
- Previous experience in delivering Group Fitness.
- Previous experience in conducting 121 fitness programs.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Basic knowledge and understanding of social media platforms.
- Personal management and organization skills.
- Ability to handle the pressure of meeting tight deadlines.
- Willing to be flexible to suit business needs.
- Excellent time management.
