Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing contractual documentation, liaising with clients and internal departments, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong administrative skills, experience in customer service, and IT systems. This will be a client facing role so you will be confident in face to face meetings.
Duties
- Drafting, reviewing, and managing contract works using Microsoft Word and our bespoke IT package (based on D365).
- Maintaining accurate records of contractual documents and correspondence via Microsoft Word and our bespoke IT package (based on D365).
- Communicating effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure contractual obligations are met.
- Updating the client on progress of works and any pinch points.
- Providing exceptional customer service by addressing queries related to contracts promptly and professionally.
- Ensuring compliance with organisational policies and legal requirements throughout the contract lifecycle.
- Assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations for management using organisational skills.
- Supporting IT-related tasks as needed to optimise contract management processes.
Experience
- Proven experience in an administrative or office environment, ideally within a Social Housing environment.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential.
- Experience within a customer service role, demonstrating professionalism and problem-solving abilities.
- Previous experience in a role that has required you to have good attention to detail and organisational efficiency.
- Any experience working with Awabs Law would be an advantage.
Pay: £24,420.00-£28,500.00 per year
