Vacancy Introduction
As a Site Agent, you will be responsible for the safe, successful, and commercially effective delivery of projects under your control. Working closely with Project Managers, commercial teams, subcontractors, and clients, you will oversee site operations, manage resources, monitor programme performance, and ensure works are delivered to the highest standards of safety, quality, and environmental compliance. You will play a key role in maintaining strong client relationships, driving continuous improvement, managing project risks, and ensuring all project activities are delivered in line with Browne's values and business objectives.

What We’re Looking For:
We are seeking an experienced construction professional who can confidently lead site activities while creating a culture where safety, collaboration, and performance come first.

Experience managing civil engineering, utilities, or non-infrastructure construction projects.

Strong commitment to health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.

Knowledge of NEC contracts, CDM regulations, programme management, and cost control.

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to coordinate resources, manage subcontractors, and drive project performance.

Degree/HNC in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).

Valid CSCS card, SMSTS qualification, and NEBOSH or IOSH certification.

Full UK driving licence.

Non-infrastructure project experience is essential.
