Duties
- Perform a variety of beauty treatments including facials, waxing, manicures, pedicures, and eyelash extensions.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in all treatment areas
- Consult with clients to understand their beauty goals and recommend suitable treatments
- Ensure client comfort throughout all procedures
- Keep accurate records of treatments performed and products used
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products
- Promote retail sales by advising clients on suitable products
Skills
- minimum 2 year experience in various beauty treatments
- Level 2 & 3 qualified
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Organised with the ability to manage multiple appointments effectively
- A passion for the beauty industry and continuous professional development
