Duties
- Prepare pizza dough, toppings, and sauces according to established recipes and standards

- Ensure all food preparation areas are kept clean, organised, and hygienic in compliance with food safety regulations
- Assist in maintaining inventory levels of ingredients and supplies
- Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional service during busy periods
- Monitor cooking times and temperatures to guarantee consistent quality of all dishes
- Adhere strictly to health and safety guidelines at all times
- Contribute ideas for new pizza recipes and menu enhancements
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or kitchen roles, preferably within a restaurant or pizzeria setting
- Knowledge of culinary techniques specific to pizza making and meal preparation
- Familiarity with food safety standards and best practices in hygiene management
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment with excellent organisational skills
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Good understanding of restaurant operations, including serving procedures is desirable
