Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Administrator to join our dynamic supply chain team. Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate transportation schedules using transportation management systems to ensure timely deliveries and pickups.
- Oversee warehouse operations including shipping & receiving, picking & packing, and materials handling to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with third-party logistics providers (3PL) to optimize freight costs, delivery times, and service quality.
- Conduct data analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements within logistics workflows.
- Support category management initiatives by analyzing supplier performance and inventory data.
- Assist in implementing process improvements that streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards during warehouse activities, including forklift operation and materials handling procedures.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of logistics operations, supply chain management, and warehouse processes.
- Experience with logistics
- Familiarity with 3PL providers, shipping & receiving protocols, and materials handling techniques.
- Excellent data analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex logistics data for decision-making.
- Proven ability to identify process improvement opportunities and implement effective solutions.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
