About the Role

MacroActive is a high-growth SaaS platform partnering with top digital fitness entrepreneurs, from personal trainers to nutritionists, to help them build scalable, multi-million-pound online businesses.
We are looking for a Growth-Focused Account Manager to champion our clients. In this role, you aren’t just answering emails; you are a strategic business coach helping creators execute our online marketing playbook, launch successful campaigns, and maximise their revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Portfolio Growth & Strategy: Proactively manage, coach, and retain a portfolio of fitness/wellness creators, driving their revenue growth through strategic planning.
- Marketing Campaign Execution: Act as the critical bridge between your clients and our internal marketing team to deploy high-converting social media and digital campaigns.
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact, hosting regular video consultations to set KPIs, manage launch deadlines, and keep creators accountable.
- Software Training: Guide clients through the MacroActive software and marketing tools, transforming them into confident power-users (full training provided).
- Data & CRM Management: Maintain flawless client records, track communication history in our CRM, and provide weekly performance updates to internal stakeholders.
What We Are Looking For (Requirements)
To be successful in this role, you must have a proven track record in client relations and digital strategy.
- Account Management Experience: 2+ years of professional experience managing B2B client relationships, retention, or client success (ideally in an agency or SaaS environment).
- Social Media & Marketing Savvy: 2+ years of experience working with social media marketing (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube). You understand content hooks, launch strategies, and audience engagement.
- Fitness & Wellness Industry Context: A strong personal passion for or professional background in fitness, sports, nutrition, or wellness. You need to speak our clients' language.
- High Emotional Intelligence (EQ): The ability to build trust quickly with busy entrepreneurs, read between the lines, and motivate people to take action.
- Exceptional Organisation: Brilliant written/verbal communication skills with the ability to manage multiple client campaign deadlines simultaneously.
Preferred (Bonus) Qualifications
- Experience working within a SaaS or fast-paced tech environment.
- Fluency in an additional language.
- A Certificate of Higher Education or relevant marketing qualification.
