Welder / Fabricator
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Welder / Fabricator to join our growing team. The successful candidate will have experience in both MIG and TIG welding, be confident reading and interpreting technical drawings, and be capable of working independently to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out MIG and TIG welding on a variety of materials and components.
- Read and interpret technical and engineering drawings accurately.
- Fabricate and assemble parts to specification.
- Perform quality checks to ensure work meets required standards.
- Maintain a safe and tidy working environment.
- Work efficiently to meet production deadlines.
- Identify and resolve fabrication and welding issues using your own initiative.
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience in MIG and TIG welding.
- Strong fabrication and assembly skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
Desirable
- Relevant welding or fabrication qualifications.
- Experience working within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Knowledge of different metals and welding techniques.
