Mile End Dental Clinic is looking for a friendly, organised and reliable Part-Time Dental Receptionist to join our busy and welcoming team.
We are a well-established mixed NHS and private dental practice in Colchester, providing a wide range of Dental treatments
The Role
Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming patients and providing excellent customer service
- Answering telephone calls and dealing with patient enquiries
- Booking, changing and confirming appointments
- Managing the appointment diary efficiently
- Taking payments and assisting with general reception duties
- Responding to emails and patient enquiries
- Maintaining accurate patient records
- Supporting dentists, nurses and the management team with day-to-day administration
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, professional and confident when dealing with patients
- Reliable and punctual
- Well organised with good attention to detail
- Comfortable using computers and answering telephone calls
- Able to work well as part of a busy team
- Calm and helpful when dealing with patients
Previous dental reception or healthcare reception experience would be an advantage, but training can be provided for the right candidate.
Working Hours
This is a part-time position. Days and hours can be discussed at interview.
