We're currently recruiting on behalf of a Watford-based client expanding its customer acquisition team. This role suits anyone who enjoys working with people, building relationships, and developing valuable skills in sales, communication, and customer engagement.
No previous sales experience is required - full training is provided from day one.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Sales Assistant, you'll support customer acquisition campaigns by engaging directly with people where they work, shop, and live across Watford and the surrounding areas.
You'll spend your day speaking with customers, introducing the products and services you represent, answering questions, and helping people understand how what's on offer could genuinely benefit them.
Some of the ways you'll contribute include:
- Engaging directly with customers through face-to-face conversation.
- Building positive relationships with members of the public.
- Raising awareness of products, services, and campaigns.
- Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable solutions.
- Supporting customer enquiries, registrations, and sales transactions.
- Generating interest and sales through effective communication.
- Working towards individual and team performance objectives.
- Participating in ongoing sales, communication, and development training.
- Contributing to a positive and supportive team culture.

Compensation & Benefits
- Total earnings range between £1,935 and £2000 per calendar month, made up of a base salary plus uncapped performance-based commission (subject to successful completion of a four-week probationary period).
