Weekend Team Leader
Location: The Open Arms Hotel, Dirleton, East Lothian
Rate of Pay: £13.50 per hour
Hours: Approximately 20 hours per week
Thursday, Friday and Saturday
We’re looking for a confident, reliable and hands-on Weekend Team Leader to join our team at The Open Arms Hotel. You’ll help lead the front-of-house team and ensure each service runs smoothly while delivering an excellent guest experience.
What you’ll do:
Lead and support the front-of-house team during service
Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional service
Coordinate daily duties and ensure tasks are completed
Handle guest enquiries and resolve any issues promptly
Ensure the restaurant, bar and service areas are clean and well-presented
Work closely with the kitchen and management team
Help maintain high standards throughout every service
The ideal candidate:
Previous hospitality or supervisory experience
Confident leading and supporting a team
Positive, reliable and well-organised
Friendly and professional when interacting with guests
Able to remain calm and focused during busy services
Willing to take responsibility and lead by example
