Product Health & Excellence:
Embed the engineering philosophy of “We build it, We release it, We own it”. Work with the team to ensure robust quality gates are met—including automated unit testing, CI/CD pipelines, and strict performance and observability standards.
We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented delivery professional who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-team environment.

Communication & Facilitation:
The ability to make complex mobile architectures sound simple, whether you are collaborating with an iOS Lead Engineer or presenting delivery timelines to non-technical senior leadership.
-
Collaborative Problem Solving:
A proactive approach to teamwork, showing resilience during peak seasonal retail periods and always bringing potential solutions to technical bottlenecks.
- CI/CD & Automation:
Experience working with Git, ADO pipelines, and automated mobile testing frameworks (XCTest).
-
Accessibility & Deep-linking:
A passion for inclusive design, including familiarity with Apple's Accessibility Framework and an understanding of universal links or custom URLs.
-
Cross-Platform Awareness:
Knowledge of Android development using Kotlin/Compose is advantageous.
