Due to an increased work load , we have the following vacancy:
X1 HGV/LIGHT COMMERCIAL Fitter/Mechanic/Workshop Foreman:
The successful candidate will have in depth knowledge and experience of service and repair work on HGV vehicles and trailers, be self motivated and able to work on own initiative.
You will be responsible for looking after customer vehicles, inspection, service and repairs, troubleshooting, carrying out pre-MOT work to VOSA standards, taking bookings, ordering and returning parts and general foreman duties.
You well be educated to a min NVQ Level 2 HGV mechanic and will receive further development in line with the Company training plan and ideally hold an HGV Class 1 Licence.
Hours are MON-FRI and Saturday mornings 8.am-1.pm
Hourly rate based on experience
You will be provided with full PPE
