Join our Front of House Crew at our lovely seafood restaurant on Brighton Seafront, baby! Woooo!
We're looking for an experienced front of house team member to join our already FABULOUS team.
Please only apply if you have at least ONE YEAR of front of house experience in a busy restaurant (and a f****** fantastic sense of humour). Unfortunately, we won't be considering applications without this.
We're a little independent restaurant with a focus on coastal-inspired cuisine, laid-back fine dining and seriously good vibes.
When it's busy (and it often is), it's full tables, fast service, phenomenal food, and a proper buzz. It's the kind of place where shifts fly by - but only if you're someone who can keep up.
(Scrollers and vape-a-holics... this probably isn't your place.)
The role
You'll be on the floor welcoming guests, running food and drinks, managing tables, and keeping service flowing. It's fast-paced, physical, and detail matters.
What we're looking for
- At least one year's front of house experience in a busy restaurant (essential)
- Someone who's genuinely warm, welcoming and full of personality
- You work with pace and purpose. We're waiting on guests... not waiting for them to ask for things.
- You notice what's needed before anyone has to tell you.
- You take pride in your work and enjoy being part of a team.
- You're reliable, hardworking and want to prove yourself.
Let's be clear...
If you're nonchalant, "too cool for school", permanently attached to your phone, or just looking to coast through shifts... this won't be the right fit.
