We're recruiting on behalf of one of our employer partners in Oldham for a creative and enthusiastic Marketing Apprentice to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who lives and breathes social media and wants to build a successful career in marketing while gaining a recognised qualification.
This role is heavily focused on TikTok, content creation, social media marketing, and digital engagement, making it ideal for someone who is confident on camera, full of ideas, and eager to learn.
What You'll Be Doing:
As a Marketing Apprentice, you'll be at the heart of the company's digital presence, helping to create engaging content that grows brand awareness and attracts new customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creating engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
- Filming, editing, and publishing short-form video content.
- Researching trends, hashtags, sounds, and viral content opportunities.
- Generating creative ideas for campaigns, videos, and promotions.
- Supporting the planning and delivery of social media campaigns.
- Monitoring engagement and analysing content performance.
- Assisting with website and digital marketing activities.
- Creating graphics and visual content using platforms such as Canva.
- Engaging with online audiences and supporting community management.
- Working closely with the wider team to promote products, services, and events.

- A genuine passion for social media and content creation.
- Active user of platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Creative mindset with lots of ideas.
- Confident communicator, both online and in person.
- Comfortable appearing in videos and creating content.
- Strong organisation and time management skills.
- Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
