As a Dental Hygienist, you will work closely with our dental team to deliver exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough dental cleanings and examinations to assess patients' gum health.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and the importance of regular dental visits.
- Assist in the development of treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences.
- Maintain accurate patient records, documenting treatment provided and any observations made during appointments.
- Collaborate with dentists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Stay updated on advancements in dental technology and techniques, including EMS.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements
- Valid Dental Hygienist qualification.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly to patients.
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills are essential for maintaining accurate records and managing appointments.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
