Commercial Paint Sprayer / Spray Technician
£30,000 to £40,000 per year, depending on experience

Commercial Coating Solutions is an established commercial coatings contractor based in Stockport. We deliver large-scale spraying and refurbishment projects across the UK, working on industrial buildings, retail sites, car dealerships, self-storage facilities and other commercial properties.
Due to continued growth, we’re looking for experienced commercial paint sprayers to join our team.
This role would suit someone who takes pride in producing a high-quality finish, understands the importance of preparation and masking, and is comfortable regularly working away on projects across the UK.
The Role
- On-site spraying of cladding, curtain walling, shopfronts, roller shutters, doors and roof sheets
- Cut edge corrosion treatment and protective roof coatings
- Cleaning, sanding, masking, priming and general surface preparation
- Application of 1K and 2K coating systems
- Using airless, HVLP, gravity-fed and compressor-fed spray equipment
- Working safely and professionally on live commercial sites
- Maintaining spray equipment, tools and site stock
- Regular nationwide travel and working away
- Optional weekend work where available
What We’re Looking For
- At least three years’ paint spraying experience
- Commercial, industrial, cladding or roofing experience preferred
- Strong understanding of preparation, masking and coating application
- Experience using airless and HVLP spray systems
- Knowledge of 1K and 2K paints
- Ability to consistently produce a clean, high-quality finish
- Full UK driving licence
- Reliable, professional and comfortable working as part of a team
- Willingness to travel and regularly work away
CSCS and IPAF cards are preferred but not essential. SSSTS, SMSTS and First Aid qualifications would also be an advantage.
