We are currently looking to recruit a Reservations Agent to join the Reservations team at The Royal Crescent Hotel & Spa - a renowned 5 AA red star property located within the beautiful City of Bath
As a Reservations Agent, you will have an opportunity to work with a highly knowledgeable team. This is a challenging and exciting role where you are always expected to work efficiently, taking room and restaurant reservations for this stunning hotel.
Key requirements for the Reservations Agent role are as follows:
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to build rapport with guests.
- Ability to produce work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Strong computer skills: all Microsoft Office packages and working knowledge of Opera PMS is preferable.
- Great team player and positive attitude
- Negotiating with clients to achieve maximum revenue profit potential, whilst satisfying clients’ needs.
- Being fully aware of all tariffs, promotions, facilities, and current activities within the hotel
