Garden Maintenance Team Leader
Location: Based in Chobham, working across the surrounding areas
Salary: From £37,000 per year, depending on experience
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am–4:00pm

Bongardia is an established garden maintenance and landscaping company based in Chobham. From our Chobham base, we maintain high-end residential gardens across the surrounding local areas.
We are looking for an experienced and dependable Garden Maintenance Team Leader. This is a hands-on role combining practical horticultural work with responsibility for leading and working alongside a small team of up to two other people.
The role
- Leading and working alongside a team of up to two gardening personnel
- Organising the team’s tasks and time management.
- Carrying out high-quality seasonal garden maintenance
- Operating and caring for garden machinery safely
- Monitoring standards and ensuring work is completed efficiently
- Communicating professionally with clients, colleagues and management.
- Supporting and developing less-experienced team members
About you
You will need:
- A full, valid UK driving licence
- Professional garden maintenance experience
- Competence in using garden maintenance machinery
- Practical knowledge of plants, lawns and seasonal garden care
- The confidence to lead and motivate a small team
- A reliable, punctual and organised approach
- Good communication skills and a professional appearance
- Pride in consistently producing high-quality work
