Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Aerial Instructor to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Aerial Hoop and/or Silks, and a genuine enthusiasm for teaching. This role involves inspiring students of all ages, fostering their love for aerial arts, and helping them develop their skills in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging lessons tailored to different age groups and skill levels.
- Teach lessons which include conditioning, skill building and choreography.
- Create a positive and inclusive atmosphere that encourages student participation and creativity.
- Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their technique and performance.
- Choreograph and prepare students for possible annual performances or other opportunities.
- Collaborate with other instructors to develop innovative lesson plans and studio events.
Experience
- Experience as an Instructor or in a similar role is required.
- Strong proficiency in aerial arts is required.
- A qualification in teaching is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and motivate students.
- Patience, creativity, and the ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual student needs.
