Key Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to company recipes and standards.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic kitchen at all times.
- Follow food safety and health & safety regulations.
- Assist with stock rotation, storage, and inventory checks.
- Ensure all food is prepared and presented consistently.
- Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment as required.
- Support team members during busy service periods.
- Report equipment faults or maintenance issues promptly.
- Help with opening and closing kitchen procedures.
Requirements
- Previous kitchen or food preparation experience is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
