EXPERIENCED BARTENDER£12.71–£13.50 per hour
If you need training on how to make an Espresso Martini, this isn't the role for you.
We're looking for experienced bartenders who can walk into a busy event, step behind the bar, and perform from the first order to the last.
No hand-holding. No constant supervision. No slowing the team down.
Just speed, consistency, professionalism, and great cocktails.
The position
You'll be working private parties, celebrations, and high-volume functions where the pace is relentless and guest expectations are high.
When the queue is building and tickets are flying in, you'll be expected to stay calm, organised, and deliver every drink to standard.
What We Expect
You must:
✔ Have a minimum of 2 years' bartending experience
✔ Know your classic cocktails inside out
✔ Work quickly without sacrificing quality
✔ Handle high-volume service confidently
✔ Run a station independently
✔ Keep standards high when the pressure ramps up
✔ Bring energy, and professionalism to every shift
✔ Turn up on time, ready to work
Who Thrives Here?
Bartenders who enjoy busy services.
People who take pride in being the one others rely on when things get hectic.
Those who don't complain when the pace increases—they raise their game.
We're also looking for someone with genuine enthusiasm for the industry—someone who loves creating great drinks, enjoys meeting new people, and understands that great hospitality is about more than what's in the glass.
If you get a buzz from interacting with guests, creating memorable experiences, and bringing positive energy to every event, you'll fit right in.
If you're motivated, dependable, and serious about your craft, you'll fit right in.
