The Opportunity
Are you a talented designer looking for the opportunity to develop your creative career within a premium luxury brand?
We're looking for a Creative Executive to join our growing in-house creative team, supporting the delivery of high-quality design across our three retirement living brands. Working alongside the Senior Creative Lead, you'll help create engaging and visually compelling marketing materials that inspire customers and bring our brands to life.
From digital campaigns and social media content to brochures, presentations and village marketing materials, you'll play an important role in ensuring every piece of creative reflects the quality, elegance and attention to detail our brands are known for.

What You'll Be Doing-
Design and produce creative assets across a variety of formats including digital advertising, social media, email campaigns, brochures, printed collateral, signage and presentations.

Work from creative briefs provided by the Senior Creative Lead, delivering high-quality assets on time and to specification.

Maintain consistency across all three brands by following established brand guidelines and creative standards.

Support the delivery of major marketing campaigns, village launches and events by producing engaging creative materials.

Manage and maintain digital asset libraries, ensuring creative files are organised, up to date and easily accessible.

Assist with the briefing and management of print suppliers and production partners, ensuring excellent quality and accuracy.

Update and adapt existing creative assets in response to feedback from Marketing, Sales and Operations teams.

Contribute creative ideas during campaign planning sessions and team brainstorming meetings.

Support the development of brand templates, toolkits and design resources used across the business.

Stay up to date with design trends, emerging creative tools and industry best practice to continually develop your skills.
About You
We're looking for someone with a passion for design and a keen eye for detail who enjoys creating work that is both visually engaging and commercially effective.
You'll be organised, collaborative and eager to develop your creative skills while working within a supportive and high-performing team.
You'll ideally have:

Experience in a creative, graphic design or marketing design role.

A portfolio demonstrating strong design work across both digital and print media.

Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.

Experience producing creative work within established brand guidelines.

Strong typography, layout and visual communication skills.

The ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills and the confidence to work with colleagues across Marketing, Sales and Operations.

A positive attitude, willingness to learn and enthusiasm for developing your creative career.

Experience with Canva, After Effects or other creative software would be advantageous.

Ideally, experience within hospitality, luxury brands, property, lifestyle or another customer-focused environment.
Qualifications
While not essential, the following would be advantageous:

Degree or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related creative discipline.

Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.

Knowledge of motion graphics, video editing or animation software would be beneficial.
