Established in 2011. The Courtyard Skincare and Beauty is a extremely busy salon in a beautiful courtyard in the centre of Dorking high street.
We are seeking a professional and passionate Beauty Therapist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail and a genuine desire to provide expert treatments to all our existing customers and new customers. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a welcoming environment where customer satisfaction and high standards are our top priorities. The successful applicant will deliver a range of beauty services, ensuring clients leave feeling relaxed, confident, and satisfied with their experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform customised beauty treatments including Facials, Waxing, Tinting, Manicures and Pedicures, and other skincare services.
- Provide professional advice on skincare routines and product recommendations tailored to individual needs
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in all treatment areas in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Some Reception duties through the working day.
- Deliver excellent customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere and addressing client queries or concerns
- Keep accurate records of treatments provided and follow up with clients for feedback or future appointments
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and ensure client satisfaction
- Excellent communication skills to clearly explain treatments and skincare advice in English
- Organised with attention to detail, ensuring all treatments are performed safely and effectively
- Ability to work efficiently within a team whilst maintaining a professional demeanour
- Knowledge of health and safety standards relevant to beauty therapy practices

Pay: £12.71-£13.50 per hour
