We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team at Aysgarth Falls Hotel as a key member of our hospitality staff. This role is crucial in ensuring that our guests receive top-notch service and enjoy their stay in our beautiful location.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest services and ensure a welcoming atmosphere
- Assist guests with inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in all areas
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the guest experience
- Handle phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Support hotel operations by performing various tasks as needed
- Uphold the hotel's values and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Contribute to a positive team environment.
- Open and close the property
- Complete security checks

- Qualifications
- Proven experience in the hospitality industry or hotel environment
- Strong multilingual or bilingual communication skills
- Excellent guest service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and professional communication
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and guest needs
Pay: £13.75 per hour
