We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Electrical Design Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team working within the Building services sector. Duties
- Develop detailed electrical system designs using AutoCAD, Revit, MicroStation, and SolidWorks, including schematics and layout drawings.
- Collaborate with mechanical engineers to ensure cohesive system integration, leveraging mechanical knowledge where necessary.
- Document all designs thoroughly in schematics and technical reports adhering to industry standards.
- Engage in system testing and verifying compliance with safety regulations.
Experience
- Proven experience in electrical engineering design or related roles involving system design and circuit development.
- Proficiency with CAD tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, MicroStation, SolidWorks; experience with schematic capture is essential.
- Strong understanding of electrical components such as sensors, actuators, power supplies, and their integration into complex systems.
- Mechanical knowledge related to system assembly or layout is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Ability to perform root cause analysis on technical issues efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards in deliverables.
