We are seeking an organised and motivated Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring administrative tasks are completed efficiently and maintaining excellent customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering telephone calls and responding to email enquiries.
- Managing office correspondence and filing systems.
- Scheduling appointments and coordinating diaries.
- Processing invoices, purchase orders, and general data entry.
- Maintaining accurate company records and databases.
- Liaising with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
- Preparing reports, letters, and other business documents.
- Supporting management with administrative tasks as required.
- Ordering office supplies and monitoring stock levels.
- Assisting with payroll, holiday records, and timesheets where required.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in an administrative or office-based role.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Professional and friendly manner.
Pay: From £12.71 per hour
Expected hours: 18.75 per week
