Carer / Support Worker (Woodford & Barkingside)

The role
You will support individuals to:
- Access community activities and social opportunities
- Follow daily routines and develop independence
- Manage anxiety and behaviours that may challenge
- Build confidence and enjoy meaningful experiences
What we’re looking for
- Experience supporting individuals whose behaviour may challenge
- A caring, person-centred approach
- Excellent reliability and timekeeping
- The ability to provide consistency and routine, which is essential for the person we support
- A commitment to avoiding last-minute changes wherever possible, as predictability and stability are very important
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude

Typical hours: Monday to Friday, approximately 9:30am – 2:00pm.
An enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references will be required.
