The Role
This is not your everyday role! This is a role where you will be providing support to the Managing Director, across all areas of the business. You’ll play a central role in supporting both the technical infrastructure and wider business operations. With an emphasis on "you get out what you put in", your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with the setup and management of IT systems
- Providing advanced support in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Creating and editing videos, adverts, sales brochures, and marketing emails
- Supporting the preparation of commercial documentation, including invoices for shipping
- Assisting with risk assessments and compliance documentation
- Offering general IT support across the business as needed
- Organising flights and hotels for international projects

- Exceptional IT skills
- An allrounder, a proactive mindset, with experience gained within a similar role.
- Strong working knowledge IT infrastructure
- High proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage a varied workload and adapt to different tasks
