We're looking for 2 friendly, enthusiastic Part-Time Coffee Shop Assistants to join our team at Bojangles Coffee House in Dunton Green, starting September 2026.
If you enjoy working in a busy, independent coffee shop where every day is different, we'd love to hear from you!
The Role
This is a varied, hands-on role and includes:
- Serving customers with a smile
- Making coffees and other drinks (barista experience is a bonus, but full training can be provided)
- Preparing and serving food
- Clearing tables and washing up
- Keeping the coffee shop clean, organised and welcoming
- Helping wherever needed to keep the day running smoothly
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
- Friendly and approachable
- Reliable and punctual
- Hardworking with a positive attitude
- Happy working as part of a small team
- Able to stay calm in a busy environment
- Willing to turn their hand to a variety of tasks
Previous café or hospitality experience is an advantage but isn't essential—we're happy to train the right person.
Hours
- 2-4 days per week - weekdays with some weekend work
- Shifts are generally between 8:00am and 4:00pm (finish times may vary).
- We are currently finalising the weekly rota, so we're looking for applicants who can offer some flexibility with the days they are available.
Start Date
We're hoping for a September start, with interviews and paid trial shifts taking place over the coming weeks. Please note this is not a summer job, we require the ideal candidate to be able to work after September.
