Sales Advisor (Entry Level) – No Experience Required

We are looking for motivated and confident individuals to join our Cardiff-based sales team. This is a face-to-face, door-to-door role, where you will engage with customers in residential areas and represent well-known online delivery services.
No previous sales experience is required. You will receive full training, ongoing coaching and support to help you develop your communication, customer service and sales skills.
The Role
- Speak with customers face-to-face in residential areas
- Introduce and explain products and services clearly
- Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions
- Answer questions and handle customer feedback professionally
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions
- Work alongside a team to achieve individual and team goals
- Attend regular training and development sessions
- Travel to and from our Cardiff office each day
