Working closely with some of the world’s leading markets including transport, retail, and food service we enable the manufacture of better products.
Our offices are based in Loughborough, in the heart of the UK with easy access to Leicester, Derby and Nottingham.

We are the holder of the globally recognised BRC Certificate (Higher) for food safety and product quality.
Position Summary
What you'll do:
- Set up and run production machines.
- Check machines while products are being made.
- Move ingredients and products around the factory safely.
- Load ingredients into mixing and cooking equipment.
- Report any problems to your Supervisor.
- Help with cleaning and changing machines between products.
- Check product quality, including taste, colour, texture, and appearance.
- Weigh and label finished products.
- Complete basic production paperwork.
- Follow health & safety rules and keep your work area clean.
- Help improve how we work and support new team members when needed.

- Able to work with machines and spot basic problems.
- Pays attention to detail and follows instructions carefully.
- Can identify issues and report them quickly.
- Good communication skills.
- Works well as part of a team.
- Follows health & safety rules at all times.
- Comfortable being on their feet and doing physical work.
- Willing to learn and take part in training.
- Reliable, flexible, and has a positive attitude.
- Able to work on their own when needed.
