The Role
We’re working with an established law firm in Tunbridge Wells looking for a Property Litigation Solicitor to join its team.
You’ll handle your own matters while working closely with colleagues on larger or more complex disputes, giving you the opportunity to broaden your experience across a range of property litigation work.
Depending on your existing experience, your caseload could include:
- Commercial and residential landlord and tenant disputes
- Possession proceedings
- Lease renewals and termination
- Breaches of covenant
- Dilapidations and service charge disputes
- Boundary and neighbour disputes
- Easements and rights of way
- Property ownership and other real estate disputes
You’ll be comfortable managing contentious matters and communicating with clients, other solicitors, Counsel and the courts, with a good understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules and litigation process.
Our client is interested in hearing from qualified solicitors with existing Property Litigation, Real Estate Litigation or relevant Dispute Resolution experience. You don’t necessarily need experience across every type of property dispute, particularly if you’re keen to broaden your technical knowledge.
