We are looking to add to our team! The Bulls Head is a fine dining restaurant and 5 star hotel in the village of Holymoorside, we have retained our 3 AA rosette status for the past three years, putting us in the top 10% of all fine dining restaurants in the UK. We are also the only restaurant in the Michelin guide in Chesterfield.
The Individual must:
- Must be over 18 with minimum of 2 years’ experience within the industry
- Enthusiastic and able to work as part of a team or independently.
- Able to converse knowledgably with customers on products and in general.
- Be happy, lively and outgoing
- Able to retain information to a good level, ie drinks orders, dish specifications
- Mature Character
- Keen interest in fresh food/fine dining with potential to grow wine knowledge
- Eye for detail
- Well presented
- Flexibility is essential
- Seasonal cover is essential
As this is a service industry, the role will include evening hours as well as weekends. It is also advantageous for you to be able to drive, as public transport is limited due to us being located just on the outskirts of Chesterfield.
Ongoing training will be given in respect of all areas of Front of House serving together with additional areas such as cellar work. Previous bar and waiting experience is preferred but not necessary.
