We’re looking for a talented Associate Project Manager to join our in-house Project Management Office. The role will help manage our increasing portfolio of new projects/products.
This is a hands-on role with a strong emphasis on project management best-practice and will intersect with a wide range of groups and workflows across the business. As an Associate Project Manager you'll assist in managing timelines, resources and documentation to enable efficient and clear delivery of product development objectives. The role ensures that project activities align with internal design control procedures and project management best-practice.
We’re looking for someone with a strong eye for detail, combined with a proactive, adaptable mindset and an ability to engage with people across the organisation.
What you will be doing:
- Project Management of existing product variation projects in accordance with approved procedures
- Curation, assembly and maintenance of product Design Files
- Collaboration with other teams to see through the delivery of projects
- Prepare and circulate project status updates, including progress against milestones, open actions, risks, decisions required and next steps
- Adapting content efficiently across multiple formats and channels.

Qualifications:
- Degree level education, or up to A-levels or equivalent as a minimum with proven experience with project management.
- Microsoft 365 competence and experience with project management software
Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
