We are seeking a reliable and experienced Delivery Driver to join our team.
As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods from our warehouse to various locations in a timely and safe manner. The ideal candidate will need to have a clean driving licence, experience in commercial driving, be able to handle heavy lifting, and possess excellent communication skills.
Duties:
- Safely transport goods to designated locations
- Load and unload items from the delivery vehicle
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations
- Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle
- Assist with warehouse duties as needed
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Delivery Driver or similar role
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks
- Excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with local routes and areas
- Experience working in a warehouse setting is a plus
