We are seeking a Director of Reservations who embodies this philosophy: a strategic, guest‑centric leader who understands that the first impression begins long before arrival.
Location: Bermuda | Department: Rooms | Reports to: Director of operations
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the full reservations & distribution strategy.
- Coordinate with sales department on Revenue Management strategies.
- Drive revenue performance with intention and innovation.
- Guide and grow a passionate team.
- Shape the guest journey from the very first touchpoint.
- Collaborate across departments to elevate our luxury experience.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 8 years progressive (Luxury) hotel work experience. (Islands property preferred)
- Currently occupying a role of Front Office Manager/ Reservations and Revenue Manager, or Assistant Director of Reservations.
- Must have experience working, directing & effectively communicating with several different cultures. The ideal candidate is a seasoned traveller & has moved within their career.
- Work Experience/ Background: Luxury, high-end 5-star hospitality, Residences & Villa product knowledge is an advantage, experience with condo/ villa ownership agreement.
- Fluent & excellent in English, both spoken & written.
- Experience working with Opera Cloud, Duetto and TravelClick will be an added advantage.
