Lead Generation Specialist (B2B Sales)

We’re looking for a driven, results-focused Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing sales team. You’ll be at the front line of our business—identifying, engaging, and qualifying new clients while playing a key role in our continued growth.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Proactively reach out to potential clients via calls, email, and social channels
- Generate and qualify high-quality B2B leads
- Build strong early-stage relationships and identify client needs
- Manage and update pipelines using CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce)
- Work closely with the sales team to improve outreach and conversion strategies
- Track all interactions and follow-ups to keep opportunities moving
- Stay informed on market trends and spot new opportunities
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or lead generation
- Confident communicator with strong phone presence
- Familiar with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar)
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple prospects
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive
- Skilled at building rapport and communicating value quickly
