What you'll be doing:
- Skimming, rendering, and dry lining across residential and commercial jobs
- Turning your hand to general maintenance - a bit of joinery, plumbing, painting, or minor electrics where you're competent
- Getting stuck into full refurbishment projects, sometimes leading them
- Keeping standards high and sites tidy and safe
- Chatting to clients like a professional, because you are one
- Thinking on your feet and solving problems without needing to be micromanaged
You'll fit right in if you:
- Have solid plastering experience, plus a wider grounding in general building or maintenance work
- Know your tools and take safe working seriously
- Care about the quality of your own work
- Can be trusted to get on with it, whether solo or as part of the team
- Bring a good attitude and a practical head for problem-solving
- Hold a full UK driving licence (you'll need it - company vehicle provided)
Hours: Monday to Friday
Location: In person, within around 25 miles of Burnley
