Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Counter Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is vital to our mission of providing outstanding service and quality, contributing directly to our customers' experiences and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately.
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness at the counter.
- Assist in upselling menu items to enhance customer experience.
- Manage cash transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service delivery.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
- Maintain a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in a restaurant or food service environment.
- Strong skills in food preparation and safety practices.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with upselling techniques is a plus.
