We have established ourselves as a well respected restaurant and hotel, looking to bolster an already strong team with a breakfast / pastry chef. candidate needs to have previous experience in a kitchen and breakfast capacity and have the ability to bake basic cakes, victoria sponge, old school cake, tray bakes, nothing overly complicated.
We are looking for a breakfast cook to cover 25hrs, 4-5 days per week. We have a flexible team so either a breakfast cook or junior chef. Hours are from 7-12 daily but can be extended for the right candidate.
We are a small family run hotel with 12 bedrooms so not a huge turnover for breakfast especially in the winter months with plenty of time for baking.
Salary will be dependent on experience and will be discussed upon interview.
