Crew member – Casual Weekend Position
Looking for your first job while still at school?
We’re looking for an outgoing, energetic and confident person to join our Laser Quest team on a casual, 0-hour weekend contract.
No previous experience is necessary. We’re looking for someone with a great attitude, plenty of energy and a willingness to get involved.

Games Marshal Duties
- Prepare Laser Quest equipment ready for games
- Demonstrate how to play and explain safety rules
- Marshal games and help with basic equipment issues
- Deal with customer enquiries face-to-face and over the phone
- Keep the centre clean, tidy and welcoming
- Assist with opening and closing duties
Party Host Duties
- Welcome birthday parties and their parents on arrival
- Look after groups throughout their visit
- Answer parents’ questions and provide excellent customer service
- Help parents with cake, candles and food when required
- Enter group names and organise teams ready for games
- Explain scorecards and interact with groups between games
- Clean and reset party rooms between groups
- Wipe tables and chairs, sweep and mop floors, and empty bins
- Help with general cleaning and keeping the centre tidy
