Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Quality Manager to join our team in GB. This pivotal role involves overseeing quality assurance processes and ensuring compliance with industry standards at our facility. As a key contributor to our mission of operational excellence, you will help maintain our reputation for reliability and safety.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and Develop the current quality management system ISO 9001:2015 we currently have .
- Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with Quality Standards.
- Collaborate with operational teams to identify areas for process improvement.
- Monitor key quality metrics and prepare reports for management.
- Lead investigations into quality issues and coordinate corrective actions.
- Ensure adherence to National standards where applicable.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and quality awareness across the organization.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in quality management within the transport or industrial sectors.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 Environmental Management, quality assurance practices, and industry regulations.
- Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
- Internal Auditing certification in Quality Management is required. Prefererably BSI certification.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments to achieve quality objectives.
