Smart are expanding our private and cosmetic dentistry provision, and we are looking for an experienced Private Associate Dentist to join us on Fridays and Saturdays.
This is an excellent opportunity for a dentist looking to grow their private income, develop their cosmetic portfolio and build long-term relationships with patients.
Choose from five established practices across Preston, Bolton and Manchester:
- Deepdale Dental Centre, Preston PR1: 6 surgeries
- Bolton Road Dental Centre, Bolton BL4: 5 surgeries
- Ribbleton Dental Centre, Preston PR2: 5 surgeries
- Fulwood Dental Spa, Preston PR2:10 surgeries
- Worsley Dental Care Centre, Manchester: 3 surgeries
Minimum commitment: Friday & Saturday
The role will be predominantly private, with opportunities to develop areas including:
- Invisalign & clear aligners
- Composite bonding
- Cosmetic dentistry & smile makeovers
- Teeth whitening
- General private dentistry
- Treatment planning and preventative care
Whether you already have a strong private portfolio or want to develop your confidence and experience in cosmetic dentistry, we can support your ambitions.
You won't be working alone. You'll have a fully equipped surgery with:
- Fully trained Dental Nurse
- Experienced Treatment Coordinator (TCO)
- Dedicated Practice Manager
- Modern equipment and digital dentistry
- A supportive wider clinical team
This means you can concentrate on your patients and your dentistry, while your team helps support the patient journey.
Our practices have TCO and marketing support, with ongoing social media and digital campaigns promoting:

This creates opportunities to attract new private patients while helping you develop your own patient base.
With practices across Manchester, Bolton and Preston, the opportunities are well positioned for dentists travelling across Greater Manchester, Lancashire and surrounding areas.
Worsley and Bolton offer convenient access from Manchester via the M60, M61 and wider motorway network, while the Preston practices are easily accessible via the M6, M61 and M65. Preston also has excellent rail connections with Manchester and surrounding areas.
