Overview
We are seeking an energetic and proactive Lettings Manager to lead our property rental operations with enthusiasm and precision. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the entire lettings process, from marketing properties to securing tenants, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and applicants alike. Duties
Lead and coordinate all aspects of the lettings process, including property viewings, tenant screenings, and lease negotiations
Maintain excellent communication with landlords, tenants, and internal teams to ensure clarity and satisfaction throughout the rental cycle
Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations and tenancy agreements
Manage administrative tasks such as tenancy documentation and dealing with landlords and clients.
Organize schedules for property viewings, team meetings, and tenant onboarding activities to optimize operational efficiency
Provide training and support to team members on best practices in lettings procedures and customer service
Qualifications
3+ years minimum expertise as a lettings manager
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clients
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment
Knowledge of local property laws, regulations, and industry standards is advantageous
Need to have a valid UK drivers license
