We are looking for a Night Care Assistant to join our friendly team at our Whitecliff Care Home in St Leonards on Sea. No previous experience is necessary as we provide all our own in house training through a comprehensive induction programme. Successful applicants must be able to demonstrate willingness to work as part of a team and have a passion for helping others.
Contracts available from 12hrs to 48hrs per week.

The Role:
- Assist and support residents throughout day and night to meet their care needs
- Follow guidance and instruction from Managers and Team Leaders
- Ensure care delivery is in line with current care plans and individual wishes
- Monitor the wellbeing of clients throughout every shift and act and report any concerns that may arise
