The Fox & Goose is a well loved country pub set in the heart of Wigley, Derbyshire. We serve both locals and visitors looking for a memorable dining and social experience. Alongside our busy pub and restaurant, we host private functions, celebrations, weddings and events throughout the year.
The Role
We are seeking a Bar, Restaurant & Function Supervisor to work closely with our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the day to day operations of the bars, restaurant and function spaces
- Lead and support the team through busy periods
- Ensure high standards of food service, cleanliness, and compliance
- Support the planning and coordination of private functions & events
- Build strong relationships with customers and the local community
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a similar role within hospitality
- Experience with events & functions
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Full driving licence to accommodate guests in our courtesy shuttle service
- Cellar management experience
This role can be offered on full time or part time basis. May suit someone looking for weekend/evening work to top up hours.
Pay: From £15.00 per hour
